The purchase raises Strive's disclosed bitcoin holdings from 25,000 BTC to 26,355 BTC. At the stated average price, the latest tranche represents about $108 million in spending.

Corporate treasury context
Strive is part of a broader group of listed companies that have added bitcoin to their corporate reserves in recent years, a strategy that ties reported treasury values to the cryptocurrency's market price. Filings of this kind give investors periodic visibility into the size and timing of those purchases, though the average cost figures reflect a specific execution window rather than current market levels.
