Securitize launches tokenized US stocks on Solana, backed 1:1 by real shares
The tokenization platform's first US equity products cover Apple, Nvidia and Strategy, with each token backed 1:1 by shares and settled in USDC.

Securitize has introduced tokenized versions of US equities on the Solana blockchain, opening with names including Apple, Nvidia and Strategy. According to the company, each token is backed 1:1 by real shares held against the issuance.
The products pass through dividends associated with the underlying stocks and use USDC for settlement, tying the tokens to both traditional equity payouts and an onchain cash leg.
How the structure works
- Each token corresponds to a real share held on a 1:1 basis
- Dividends from the underlying equities flow through to token holders
- Settlement is handled in USDC
- Solana is the initial blockchain for the offering
Securitize said the launch begins with a first group of large-cap names and will expand to additional stocks beyond Apple, Nvidia and Strategy.
The rollout adds to a broader effort by financial firms to represent conventional assets such as equities and funds as blockchain tokens, a category that has drawn interest for its potential to widen access and speed settlement while raising questions about custody, disclosure and how such instruments are regulated.
