Ondo Finance unveils SEC-compliant tokenized stock model with BlackRock ETF, Micron shares
New structure uses Broadridge and Oasis Pro to keep tokenized securities within US market rules.
Ondo Finance has launched a new model for tokenized stocks that aligns with US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules, using shares of the BlackRock iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF and Micron Technology as its first offerings.
The structure is underpinned by Broadridge Financial Solutions and transfer agent Oasis Pro, and is based on the SEC's third-party custodial model. This approach aims to keep tokenized securities within existing US market regulations.
