USDT on TRON Becomes CoinsBee's Most-Used Payment Option
CoinsBee says USDT on TRON drew nearly twice as many payments as Bitcoin in the 90 days to September 1, 2026, with its share of payments up 64%.

CoinsBee, a Stuttgart-based crypto gift card platform, said USDT issued on the TRON network under the TRC-20 standard has become the most-used onchain token and network for payments on its service.
According to the company's own payment data, USDT on TRON recorded almost twice as many payments as Bitcoin during the 90-day period ending September 1, 2026. Over the same comparison, the token's share of all payments processed on CoinsBee rose 64% versus 2025.
Why the metric matters
The figures point to stablecoins — and specifically low-cost networks such as TRON — taking on a larger role in everyday consumer spending, at least on one platform where users buy gift cards and prepaid products with crypto.
The disclosure covers only CoinsBee's internal activity and does not represent the wider crypto payments market. The company did not publish absolute payment volumes or the split between USDT and other stablecoins alongside the announcement.
