Securitize Q1 AUM hits record $4.3B as revenue slips
Tokenization firm Securitize reported record assets under management but lower revenue in its first quarter as a public company.

Securitize, a platform for tokenized real-world assets, said its average tokenized assets under management reached $4.3 billion in the first quarter of its first year as a publicly listed company. That figure represents a 16% increase year over year.
The company also posted a 147% jump in platform transaction volume, which totaled $5.3 billion for the quarter. The growth in scale, however, was not matched by revenue, which declined 5% to $14.4 million compared with the same period last year.
Tokenization revenue drops
Revenue specifically tied to tokenization fell about 12% to $7.8 million. Adjusted EBITDA swung during the quarter, though the company did not disclose the exact figure in the released summary.
- Average tokenized AUM: $4.3 billion, up 16% YoY
- Transaction volume: $5.3 billion, up 147% YoY
- Total revenue: $14.4 million, down 5% YoY
- Tokenization revenue: $7.8 million, down 12% YoY
The results highlight the gap between the rapid expansion of tokenized assets on Securitize’s platform and the slower pace at which the business is monetizing that growth. The company’s ability to convert scaled activity into sustained profitability remains an open question.
